The Bharatiya Janata Party has once again exuded confidence that it would win the upcoming Lok Sabha elections comfortably.

Speaking at the two-day session of the extended executive meeting of BJP at Pasighat in East Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh on Wednesday, party’s national General Secretary said that the BJP would win the upcoming General elections by securing a staggering 300 seats in Lok Sabha.

The executive meeting attended by Ram Madhav, BJP Northeast Zonal Secretary Ajay Jamwal, Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu, Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein, Arunachal State BJP President Tapir Gao saw the participation of BJP workers from across the State.

Vowing to root out the Congress party completely from the Northeast, BJP National General Secretary Ram Madhav called upon the party workers to gear up for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

Ram Madhav also hoped that the BJP will fare well in the ensuing Assembly elections in Arunachal Pradesh.

Ram Madhav further asserted that the BJP vows for overall peace in the northeast and for that the BJP-led Government at the Centre is making sure that the Naga Peace talks
reaches an amicable solution.

He said that Naga Peace talks are in an advanced stage. Ram Madhav said that the NSCN-K is also considering of joining the peace talks.
