A four member team of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) led by SP Vivekananda Das has arrived in Hojai in Assam’s Nagaon district to interrogate Hizbul Mujahideen militant Qamer uz Zaman.

Earlier, on Monday night the Hojai police raided several places in Jamunamukh, the home town of the militant who was arrested by the Anti-Terrorist Squad of the Uttar Pradesh police.

It may be mentioned, that separate teams of security agencies have been interrogating the Hizbul militant since the past two days.

Meanwhile, Qamer uz Zaman will be again handed over to the Uttar Pradesh police on Wednesday.
