A heavy flash flood in Arunachal Pradesh’s Kimin area under Papum-Pare district damaged and washed away three households in the floods.
Incessant rains in the state triggered massive landslides, blocking an entire stretch of a highway from Hoj to Potin of Arunachal Pradesh late night yesterday. The blocked highway is a linking route to the lower Subansiri district and upper Subansiri district.
Many passers-by with vehicles were stranded due to the road blockade. Meanwhile, restoration work in the area is underway.
