Barely a month after the horrific mob lynching incident in Karbi Anglong where two youths from Guwahati were brutally thrashed to death, yet another case of mindless assault on innocent has come to light from the hill district.
In a latest incident, a lorry driver was allegedly assaulted by a group of people along the National Highway 34.
The driver was allegedly assaulted for a minor altercation that took place earlier between the group and the driver.
