A drug peddler named Abdul Rafik was arrested from Guwahati after a raid was conducted by CID in the city’s Kahilipara area. 16 cartons containing a banned cough syrup Prodyl
A drug peddler named Abdul Rafik was arrested from Guwahati after a raid was conducted by CID in the city’s Kahilipara area.
16 cartons containing a banned cough syrup Prodyl were recovered from a vehicle at Dakhingaon Tiniali which led to the owner Rafik’s arrest.
It is being estimated that the seized quantity of banned cough is more than Rs 3 lakhs. The drug peddler is a resident of Nagaon.
