Protest against the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill continues in Assam with hundreds of protesters under the banner of Axom Andolan Xamgrami Mancha taking out a protest rally from Ganeshguri opposing the Bill earlier in the day.
The protesters were slated to march up to Raj Bhavan but the rally culminated in Ganeshguri. Students organisations, various socio-cultural organisations, leaders of political parties took part in the protest march.
