Former People’s Consultative Group member Rebati Phukan has been kidnapped by someone from the section of people who does not want ULFA Commander-in-Chief Paresh Baruah to join the Peace Talks.

This sensational remark came from none other than Rebati Phukan’s son Kaushik Phukan. Kaushaik said that there is a section of people that doesnt want Paresh Barua to join the peace talks.
Kaushik further said that he believes the kidnapping of his father has been done in a bid to derail the peace talks between the ULFA and the Centre.
