Hundreds of people from Assam residing in Arunachal Pradesh were expatriated from the easternmost state. The people from Assam were brought to the state in several vehicles by the Arunachal
Hundreds of people from Assam residing in Arunachal Pradesh were expatriated from the easternmost state.
The people from Assam were brought to the state in several vehicles by the Arunachal Police, India Reserve Battalion jawans and two Namsai based student organisations.
Those deported from Arunachal Pradesh took to the streets and blocked the National Highway 15 at Dirak in Tinsukia district of Assam.
