Supporting Assam heart-throb and singing sensation, Zubeen Garg on his statement regarding Citizenship (Amendment) Bill, State Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has come forward and said that no one should be involved in politicising the singer.
Speaking to media, Sarma said that Zubeen is an artist and an inspiration to the people of Assam and India and should not be brought into controversy regarding any matter related of Citizenship (Amendment) Bill, 2016 in any case.
Sarma also mentioned that whoever it may be, AGP or BJP, a leader’s job is to provide right direction to the people of Assam, rather than making comments.
