The Supreme Court has ordered the floor test in Karnataka at 4pm tomorrow.

The order comes as a big boost to the Congress and the Janata Dal Secular who were demanding a floor test within 24 hours.

The BJP needs to prove its majority on the floor of the House in Karnataka at 4pm tomorrow.

This is a major setback for the BJP which was hoping to get at least a weeks time to prove its numbers in the Assembly.

The BJP which has emerged as the single largest party in Karnataka needs at least 8 more members on its side to prove majority.
