More than 40 thousand illegal Bangladeshis and Rohingyas are trying hard to enter Arunachal Pradesh after they failed to produce proper documents during NRC verification in Assam.
This was stated by the All Bogong Students Union while submitting a memorandum to the Deputy Commissioner of East Siang district.
The Union appealed before the administration to intensify drive against suspected illegal migrants and also to adopt more stricter measures to check the Inner Line Permit for people entering into such areas.
