In another development in the APSC cash for job scam, police carried out a night-time raid in a flat at Srihari Apartment in Guwahati and recovered 200 answer scripts as well as the inside pages of 300 other answer scripts used in the APSC Examination.

All the scripts had the stamp of APSC on them. The flat from which the answer scripts were recovered has been taken on rent by Gopal Chandra Bora of Dudhnoi. The answer scripts were recovered following an over three-hour search on Wednesday night.

Meanwhile, the seized answer scripts have been sent to the Forensic laboratory, informed Surjit Singh Pannesar the Additional Superintendent of Police of Dibrugarh district who is leading investigations into the scam.
