Arunachal Pradesh government has asked the Indian Reserve Battalion companies that were ordered to shift, to stay put at their respective locations in insurgency infested Changlang and Longding for another
Arunachal Pradesh government has asked the Indian Reserve Battalion companies that were ordered to shift, to stay put at their respective locations in insurgency infested Changlang and Longding for another 6 months.
Various student bodies like Longding District Students Union, Wancho Students Union, All Changlang district Students Union and several others had voiced their concern exclusively through Northeast Live on the issue.
Arunachal Pradesh government had earlier asked the two IRBn companies posted in Longding and Changlang to move to Tezu and Roing respectively by April 15.
The students bodies have expressed gratitude towards Northeast Live for highlighting the sensitive issue due to which the Arunachal Pradesh government had to take back its order.
