In a shocking incident, a minor has been allegedly gang-raped by four men near Gandhi Bridge in Yingkiong of Arunachal’s Upper Siang district.
While two of the accused were handed over to police by locals, two are still on the run.
Two of the accused were caught hold of by locals who stripped them naked and paraded them in the market area today morning before handing them over to the Police.
At least, three cases of rapes of minors have come to fore from the state recently and the yet another shocking incident, this time a gang-rape of a minor coming to fore from the state.
